At The Posture Clinic, we work one-on-one with individuals through personalized in-person or virtual sessions. Our approach integrates ergonomic guidance, postural therapy, mobility assessment, and targeted strength training—based on how you move, work, and live. Whether your goal is to reduce pain, move more comfortably day to day, or support athletic performance, each session and program is tailored to your specific needs.

1. Ergonomics

Learn how to optimize your workspace, home environment, or daily routine to protect your spine, improve posture, and reduce discomfort. Our ergonomic approach is practical, easy to implement, and focused on long-term results.

Ergonomic sessions are available both in person and virtually.

Posture training begins with a mobility assessment and then builds strength to support alignment, stability, and injury prevention. Programs are tailored to your goals, emphasizing functional strength for daily life.

3. In-Home Ergonomics (optional)

This optional service focuses on improving how you move within your own environment. Through personalized postural therapy, mobility work, and general strength training, we address alignment, joint function, and movement efficiency. Sessions can also support athletic performance where appropriate, with all exercises tailored to your body, goals, and daily demands to ensure safe, effective, and long-term results.
